This web site has been designed to assist educators with their early childhood programming and planning requirements with a particular emphasis on those activities associated with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
The data is stored in a safe and secure central database server which gives you access to your programming anywhere and at any time using your computer, ipad, smartphone or any other electronic mobile device which is capable of accessing the internet.
The data is also backed up daily so there is no risk of data loss. You can rest assured that the data will be readily available to you when you need it.
Some of the tasks you can perform include:
- Record your observations and follow up actions.
- Record your child's daily information like sleep times and meals.
- Record your daily and future planning activities.
- Record your child's details and contact information.
- Meal Menu planning including recording the ingredients.
- Upload photos which can be used to assist with recording your evaluations and which can be shared with parents.
- Parents are able to view photos which the educator has loaded into the application by accessing their own web portal. Educators are also able to share their daily child information like how well they ate and sleep times.
The website also contains a variety of forms which you will be able to print:

- Cot Check sheet.
- Fire Safety/Evacuation form.
- Short term and long term medication forms.
- Excursion permission form.
About Us
Daycare Inc is part of Metis Solutions, which is a software house based in the beautiful Wollondilly Shire in New South Wales. We are a family run business and we commenced operations in 2004. As an organisation we have a very strong focus on the environment and look at developing web applications which will ultimately reduce our ecological footprint. We believe that a fundamental way in which we can help the environment is by reducing the amount of paper we use on a daily basis and a great way to achieve this goal is to record and store information which was previously done on paper within a secure cloud based environment. This not only has the obvious environmental benefits, but also allows information to be more readily accessible by the user.
